On 25 July 2024 in Montreal, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, attended a reception on the occasion of the National Day of Peru, at the invitation of the Consul General of Peru in Montreal, Evelyn Miyagui Henna, where he asked her for Peru’s support in securing the return of Ukraine’s children forcefully deported to Russia.
